Only a visual inspection will be accurate, so as you have wisely said, your getting a few quotes.
Impossible for use here to be accurate.
    All the best.

1450 sounds way off the mark imo. Obviously I haven’t seen the job but I'd be wary of prices too cheap. Rgi doesn't mean that they are good or bad plumbers. It means that they are gas registered and can install the boiler.
I'd be happy to pay a higher price for a tradesman that comes recommended & they do have to be rgi to work on the gas if you are using gas

    where you based?
Im in dub ... I got a quote on extended 3 bed semi...
    12 rads + combi boiler
    replace tank in attic
re-plumbing sink to other side of house
first fix on a new downstairs toilet and new upstairs ensuite
    main bathroom untouched

10k+vat includes pipes/fiitings/rads/boiler, doesnt include the grants
how much do you reckon you froked out for the materials (ive no idea what the costs involved are)

I would've said closer to 3-4 k. Anything under 2 will be a rough thrown together job. Either that or the guy can't price jobs
