    Hi All,

I would be interested to know what are your experiences when it comes to working as a remote engineer (preferably software engineer)?

I'm talking about real (full-time) employment, for companies which post their advertisements on sites such as stackoverflow.com, github.com, remoteok.io, etc.

What I would be interested in:
    • Are salaries competitive, or similar to the ones you would get from a tech company situated in Ireland, i.e.
    • Interview processes (i.e. compared again to companies which have their offices in Ireland)
    • General impression, work satisfaction, etc.

    Thanks in advance!
