My sister has a Chevrolet lacetti and it failed the nct on emissions
It got a new catalytic converter about a year ago
It failed on high co on low idle and high idle?
Any ideas on what can fix it ?

What was the Lambda? High co and good Lambda is the cat, if the Lambda is down around .87 etc then it's running too rich

You aren't wildly outside, there's a chance that if you get the cat hot enough before the test it might scrape through. I'd say it was a cheap after market cat fitted before and now it's losing its effectiveness
