Hello, we have just bought a 180 yr old House, unfortunately surveyor did not pick up on a few things... like the fact that the place needs rewiring, the roof on the back was leaking and needed replacing and the boiler was on its last legs....
Roof is done, boiler is replaced.
Am looking for some recommendations for electrician and builder please.
Need a couple of internal (non load bearing) walls taken down and basic redecorating.
Based in Wexford.
