Hi thinking of swapping either in Ireland or south of England. Can anybody share their experiences and websites which they could recommend. How does it fair out if damage is caused with insurance and any other info is much appreciated

Is this for the purposes of holidays? If so I can move this thread to Travel for you.

Are you, or your husband or wife a teacher?

Yes a Teacher. How's this different? The purpose will be for a 1 or 2 wk holiday

A few of my aunts in Kerry are/were teachers. They have done house swap with other teachers, internationally. I think one did a house swap with a teacher in either France or Spain.

Their union will probably have more info.
