CVRT on camper that is declared off the road

    HI lads - is there an exemption, like for the NCT, where you can drive a vehicle to and from a CVRT centre for testing even when it is declared off the road? As it stands I can not tax it until i get the CVRT cert -

    As far as I know yes there is. I drove mine in for the CVRT anyway on that assumption.
