Front door damage advice

    Hello all,

I'm looking for some advice or guidance.

We bought a house 3 years ago in a rural area. The house is built 9 years now.

Whilst gardening last weekend, I notice that the PVC cladding on my front door has bowed and removed itself off the wood paneling inside the door. I assume that it must have been heat as there have been no bangs to the door.

    See attachments for pics.

The door is only 7/8 years old as the former owners changed to it from a wooden door for insulation and heat reasons. I have asked the former owner to see if he has any paperwork from the door but he doesn't think he has and all he can tell me is that it came from a small operator in Cavan (we are in Louth). There is a black code printed on the door frame (about 16 characters long) but it doesn't produce a result on google. There is no manufacturers mark on the door.

So question 1: can it be fixed i.e glued back to the door. If so, any recommendation about who might do such a job.

Question 2: if it can't be fixed, anyone any ideas about best place to source a replacement. we are near Drogheda (I will also try the Louth forum is I have to seek a replacement).

    Many thanks!!
