Electrician apprenticeship

    Long story short my father is Lithuanian and is working in a factory, and has decided that he deserves a better paying job. He has decided that he wants to be an electrician and has been at various cmetb meetings among job seekers and job givers( whatever you call them :o).
    One requirement is thorough information about your leaving cert results. Since the system he was educated under graded people from 1-5(5 being the highest) and his results are in Lithuanian he simply does not know what to do. One of the people at cmetb directed him to qqi.ie to translate his Leaving Cert results. But he doesn't know what to do. Please help
