Confusing letter re BDGP

    Got a Dept letter today telling me I only had 89% on docility/vitality/functionality requirement recorded. Looked on Agfood and ICBF and there is nothing missing that I can see. Anyone else get similar? Letter says payment will be made in June - so want to get this sorted quick.

    That's what I plan too - looking at the bar graphs everything is 100% so don't know what they are on about.

    I got one for unknown sires but I had already inputted online. Maybe it's a way of double checking data.

    Got the exact same...89% of surveys completed yet I have 100% completed across the board on the ICBF website...tried ringing this evening but no reply...not sure what theyre at?!

    Well lads I've just rang them and the problem was a calf that was born dead!!! I would have a hard job entering her details, but I suppose the docility would be good by now, although quality wouldn't be the best!!! The lady I was talking to said I wasn't the only person ringing this morning, so if that is all they can find to waste time and postage on then God help us all.
    Hope that it's sorted and the few bob will come quick.

    I got the same letter. The problem is that its from the Department but they give ICBF contact details. ICBF say all is good but who know with the Dept these days. They are not exactly the poster boys of being on top of IT issues.
