Hey all,

I had a job interview two weeks ago tomorrow. I sent a thank you email to my interviewers that evening and heard from HR last Thursday asking if I was still interested and was told they were hoping to have a decision by the end of the week.

I haven't heard anything since -- how soon is too soon to follow this up, do you think? And what should I say?
