Verona Airport Taxi to Peschiera Del Garda

I'm flying into Verona next month and onto Peschiera del Garda

Anyone ever booked a taxi in advance from there?

Someone suggested bus & train but with 4 of us & bags I just want to get out of airport and to destination with as little fuss as possible

I'm guessing there will be taxis outside, so just wondering would it be better/cheaper to pre book or just get one on landing?

    Thanks

Verona Villafranca Airport about 20-25 mins from Peschiera del Garda. Should be about €40 ish in taxi. The airport is the side of Verona you want to go.

Train is very easy in Italy, but with 4 of you it does make sense to take a taxi. Google a phrase like "Verona airport transfers" and you should find what you need

We took a taxi from Verona airport, did not have to book one in advance, there's plenty of them. It's a cheap and short drive to Peschiera, do not bother with train/ buses, for the 4 of you taking a taxi is cheaper and easier. There's no need to book one in advance, it's cheaper to just get one on landing

    Thanks for replies

Wife did a bit of googling and found a few places to pre book. Avg price seems to be about €60.

We booked a private transfer last May. We had a baby with us and wanted to ensure there was a car seat. Return transfer was 95 Eur. This was with suntransfers.com

I can vouch for this - booked through the same site as we wanted a baby seat, came to just over €100 but was hassle free
