So I'm about to clay the 'ol trusty.
It's never been clayed before and I just want to try it out to see if I can bring that old shine back and maybe get rid of some imperfections.

Since I'm doing it for the first time I suppose it will need a lot of clay, but will a single 50g bar suffice?

Car is not too bad so I think one bar may suffice?

50g is leaving it tight, considering if you drop it, you'll have to bin it - and you're likely to drop it on your first attempt.

Most decent size bars come in at about 200g for close to the same price. Cut the bar into 4 and you've got minimum 4 cars worth, or room for error should you drop it.

Do a good de-tar and de-iron prior to the clay bar, and 50g may even do two cars....but Im imagine since yours hasnt been done, it might be for the bin when done.
