Electric guitar fret levelling in the south east.

I've decided lately I want to play guitar again after about 12 years of giving up. Unfortunately I noticed my guitars frets are very flat at the top with some lower points I was wondering if anyone can recommend someone to do this work near me. I live in South Kilkenny 20mins from waterford city. It's an epiphone les paul…
