With 20,000 extra FTB's, we just can't build them fast enough at the moment.

What we need is to abolish the cap on how high we can build, or at least rise the ceiling by 20 or so floors in and around the city centre.

The anti-everything brigade would be out in force campaigning against people living in prefabs/shipping-containers.

Neat solution though, you would wonder how economically/technically viable it would be.
