No cooling off period for business customers? REALLY?

    Hi there. I was on the phone to Eir, after I sent back a handset which I decided I didn't want to proceed with. I didn't even see the handset, the currior sent it stright back.

    When I spoke with your rep on the phone they said there is no such thing as a cooling off period for business customers, is this true, I am very surprised that is allowed.
