The Trooper (Robinson's) is one of the many brews that are tied in with bands - in this case Iron Maiden. They play in Dublin on Sat and have arranged for it to be available Whelan's (not sure if its on draught though)

They do have a cask engine in Bourke's, so it might be. The beer is terrible, though.
