    BEFORE YOU READ THIS, PLEASE NOTE: THESE CHANGES WILL PROBABLY NEVER HAPPEN BUT IF THEY DID THEY WOULD IMPROVE THE SERVICE.

    I think the 4 Dublin Bus is a great route. It goes all the way from Monkstown out to Harristown. My proposed changes are mainly about the timetable and the weekend service (which is ridiculously infrequent compared to the weekday service).

    I think the first departure from Monkstown should be at 05:00 for people going to work early etc. The last departure from Harristown should also be a little bit later too for an alternative late bus from Dublin Airport and for people coming home late.

    Here's my proposed timetable:

    From Harristown Towards Monkstown Ave.:

    I still don't think the Sunday is good enough there should be at least a half hourly Sunday frequency.

    I think the 4 should go t the airport. No-one goes to Harristown.

    Also the 4 should be synchronised with the 7/7A. The two routes regularly run one behind the other along the Merrion Road both N and S.

    The reason the 4 or any bus goes to Harristown is because of the depot.
