    Is anyone fussed about this?

As wonderful as it would be to see a one eye horse like Patch win this, it's got no chance drawn out in the car park. For me though Thunder Snow at 16/1 must surely have a serious chance here. Over wintered at Meydan, it won the UAE Derby defeating a highly regarded Japanese raider, and the American horse Master Plan, which also incidentally runs in the Kentucky Derby with the worst draw of them all. It has the form, it should be as fit as the American horses, the only question is how fast the ground will be, and will it actually take to it and travel over ok?

14/1 with Skybet, with an amazing 6 places paid out

From what I've heard the horse is so well regarded at the stable. No outrageous claims over his chances in the race but they are so enthused about the horse in general, so they wouldn't be sending him over if they thought he couldn't compete. I'm on myself ew.

Love the way the US builds a story around these big meetings. They never miss a beat. Gets joe public engaged. Could take a leaf out of their book

Laughable rides from the two favourites in the market. Sloppy ground and they went off like it was a 5f sprint.

Have you seen many of his runs since leaving Ireland Francie? Really liked him when he was running here. Wouldn't know a whole lot about his opposition today!

6pl in a 20 horse race, plenty of double-digit figures available.

10mins to go, and Gunnevera@12 seems to getting short, Sonneteer@26 going blue also.

What happened? Thought it just took a real dislike to the track?

It looked to get very tight at the start, maybe the horse got lit up and bumped off another? The horse is apparently fine, hopefully the monkey is never seen on a track again.

That sums up Godolphin :). A complete and utter laughing stock. They have very well bred horses who for the most part are soft as putty, wound up for their debuts and go backwards after one run.

Would love to be one of the leeches that work for this crowd.

Lookin At Lee must be the best maiden in training. Came from a fair bit back against the winner who had the run of the race. Might be worth watching out for in The Belmont over the extra trip.
