I bought Nivea Protect & Refresh Sun Factor 30 spray for my upcoming holiday and it doesn't mention if it's suitable for the face.

Can you use normal suncream/spray on the face or do you need a specific face one?

I've used normal sun cream on my face for as long as I can remember, with no issues. My mum has sensitive skin and uses normal sun cream too and never has any issues either!

Why would you think that you can't?

You can use it on your face no problem. The only problem is some suncreams can be a bit greasy and I found they often gave me spots on my face so I rely solely on moisturizers with SPF now.

I don't know. Probably cos I know there are specific face creams available and I wondered if you were meant to use those and that normal suncream was just for your body.

Don't ever use Deep Heat for a sore throat then!

I've found those clear sprays can be a bit irritating on sensitive skin! They can burn a bit.

I have before but I find them incredibly oily. I use La Roche Posay Anthelios on my face (every day) - it's much lighter and doesn't leave me as oily. Clinique city block is also good, it's a bit tinted so love it for holidays when I'm not wearing makeup.

Of course but how cosmetically elegant is is depends on its formula.

I wouldnt not put any of the clear sprays on my face.

I personally wouldn't use the same SPF on my body as on my face because they're a bit more greasy and I don't want my pores clogged. I go for a non-comedogenic SPF for my face. I use La Roche Posay Anthelios on my face everyday and it's very light and my make up goes on easily over it.
