Good protection for back of cloth seats

Hi folks, New car coming in next month. Seats are fabric this time around. Anyone have recommended seat back protectors with built in pockets etc for kids stuff? Small complication is that the seats are sports seats so don't have place to tie straps around head rest. Leather in current car very way to just wipe after kids…
