Oil and filter change interval

    Hi,

I have an 05 Seat Toledo 1.9tdi. I do 900 to 1000km a week, 95% of which is motorway. Previously when I had a petrol and did mixed driving, I would change the oil and filter every 12 months or 15000kms. What kind of interval should I use for a diesel as explained above? I'm loathe to change every 12 or 15kms if it is not necessary as this would equal a change in as little as every 3 months. Would like people's thoughts on this.

    Cheers

I wouldnt let it run beyond 15000 kms. Oil is cheap, engines are not and the 1.9tdi are not resilient to poor servicing
