Jordan, Israel border crossings

Looking for any advice or tips here. Arriving into Amman, planning on travelling around Jordan and crossing into Israel (possibly into parts of Palestine too), then back across into Jordan to depart from Amman again. Any known issues with crossing borders by land? Any problems getting into Israel or back into Jordan from Israel?
    Thanks!

I crossed from Jordan into Israel at the King Hussein bridge crossing which is the one nearest Amman and Jerusalem. No issues. There was a decent queue so a good bit of waiting around. I got asked about 2 questions at Israel side and surprised they wasn't more of a cross-examination tbh.

Something of note was each post that had a border guard checking passports etc were all female and all were stunning. Seriously I never seen anything like it and I'm convinced it's a deliberate policy. I wish they has questioned me more tbh...
