    hi, what's the charge for using my BOI MasterCard to withdraw Yen in Japan?

    Thanks for contacting us on Boards. 

    There is a cross border fee for using your Credit Card outside of the Eurozone, this is 2.25% of the transaction value. There is also a cash advance fee of 1.5% which will be applied to the euro converted amount including the cross border handling fee, subject to a minimum of €2.54 per transaction.
    We would also advise you to give travel notice if you are going abroad and plan to use your card. You can do this through 365 Online if you have added your Credit Card to view, or through our Card Care service.
