    Hi folks.

Im getting the above error on my Nikon D3200 camera.

I had a Google and it told me that this error can occur if the camera gets dropped.

Now we didnt drop it ourselves however it was stolen recently but we recovered it from the thief so I can only assume that they dropped it while they had it.

I have a couple of questions.

    Is it repairable?

Could it be done in a bricks and mortar store?

Any ideas of cost of repair?

We bought it for around ?400 approx 2 years ago, would it be worth repairing?

    TIA.

What warranty did you have on the camera? I know that sometimes my warranty is 2 or 3 years depending on various deals, though I have never had to make a claim on any of the bodies or lenses I own.

Probably best to talk to the Nikon service agent to get an idea of cost.

Very lucky to get it back after it was stolen. How did that happen?

Cheers, I will contact Nikon directly so.

It was a cleaner we had.

I only realised that it was missing as I found the lense cap on the floor.

The cleaner was the only one that could have taken it so I text her and told her that if she gave it back I wouldn't contact the guards so she handed it back the next day.
