Question regarding Tutoring in CFE or other

Hi guys! Not sure if anyone can answer this for me. I've a Masters qualification along with years of industry experience in my field. Is that enough to become a tutor in a College of Further Ed or elsewhere? Where do jobs in these institutions generally get advertised? Thanks for any help in advance.
