AMAZON RETURN ADDRESS??

    Hi,

I returned items to Amazon by registered post and seemingly they have now been lost in the Amazon warehouse or not scanned.

I need to confirm the Return address I sent them back to Amazon.
However, as the address labels were printed off following a web link, I no longer can go to that web link as it was over 6 weeks ago.

Does any one know the return Amazon address somewhere in Scotland I think or could they just start a return on their order to see the address label? It can then be cancelled.

    It would be greatly appreciated,

Amazon have been a nightmare for once!

    Crymlyn Burrows
    Swansea
    South Wales
    SA1 8QX
    United Kingdom

    Johnston Logistics Limited

Hmm... usually they have amazing customer service. Have you been back on to them at all to report this?

Yes I ave on many occasions.

And now they just want me to confirm the Address on the return label that I stuck on the packages that I returned.

This seems pointless as I used the address label they used and registered post say they were all delivered, but nevertheless!!

Yeah, sorry I think I got the wrong end.

That's infuriating that they wouldn't just let you print out or give confirmation of the return address!

I'll go with this, I'm almost certain it was in Scotland.

    Thanks Guys!

If you have the tracking number, get to the Royal Mail with it. They will be able to assist you with the proof of delivery. And if you explain, they will tell you where it was delivered.
