Hi, we've recently purchased a house at a great price. But the rooms layout is very weird. 2 extensions were built on to it over the years along with a garage which has left one good size room windowless . It's between 2 other bedrooms and on the garage wall. So no reall possibility of a window. The current bathroom is of a similar size with a window in the extension. They are across a small corridor from each other at a slight angle.the other real concern for me is that my children are under 3 and I don't want either of them in the front room beside the front door with us at the back of the house in the weird shaped extention and it's not big enough for us so we kind of need to make the other room usable.
A: is it feasible to change the windowless room into a bathroom and the bathroom into a bedroom
    B. A rough estimate of what all that would cost.

There is alot of other work to be done on the house and we are not in a position to get it all done at once but I'm prioritising this as we still have time before we have to move in and once we move into the house the rooms will have to stay as is.
