I'm trying to figure out what the emissions are on the 25d engines, specifically the 2.0L sDrive engine.

On the BMW site and on the VRT site the CO2 emissions are 139 g/km. However, on the Autotrader site the emissions vary from 149 - 154 for 2014 cars.

Did the emissions change with 2015/2016 engine?

I don't know when they changed but I think the 139 cars have the 17 alloys and bigger wheels push up the emissions into the higher category

Sometime in 2015 they introduced a newer engine that reduced emissions so car tax is 280 euro instead of 390 euro.
I thin it went from "n" series engine to "b" series engine. This is on s drive cars with standard 18" alloys. Larger alloys stayed in higher tax bracket.
    Cars look the same.
You would need to see vrc to confirm emissions.

Thanks Carsfan. A search of Autotrader confirms that. Its mostly all 2016 models that are coming in below the 140 level.
