    Hi, my bucket list trip would be to do the whole billy crystal city slickers trip in America if anyone has done this and can give me advice I would be very grateful

    You should have no bother so, the heart foundation used to have a sponsored holiday in the US with a cattle drive every year, I'm not sure if they are still doing it.
