grammar /tense issue

Hi I was just wondering if there's a name for this tense:

egs. "the ground was rocky" / "the sky is blue" / "it will rain"
Just a simple sentence without any personal pronouns. Those examples are obviously past, present, and future, but I want to know if there's a simple word or term for the kind of language that is robotic or without I's or we's etc.

ANy help would be appreciated (even this sentence "any help would be appreciated" fits into the same category I'm trying to describe...)

You're clearly mixing up grammatical terms; your question is not about tense.

I believe that what you are asking is whether there is a grammatical term for sentences in which the subject is not a personal pronoun, to distinguish these from sentences in which the subject is a personal pronoun.

As far as I know, there is no such term. This is not surprising, as the structure of a sentence is not really affected by whether or not the subject happens to be a personal pronoun.
