    Please avoid that shop
I bought camera from them and it suppose to be delivered in 3 days
It's 2 weeks later they didn't reply to single email and when I called them and said I still didn't receive my item I was told by Mia "it doeasnt matter you will get it "
I asked for contact no to buyFive (Pixmania seller) and they gave me non existing no. and email that bounce every time
    Pixmani it's just a nightmare

Ps invalid tracking no. for the ups I receive was created 20 days before my order and whe I pointed that out to them, respond was "I don't know "

    Worse customer service ever

I will keep you updated on any developments

I'm surprised that people are still buying from Pixmania. their customer service has always been shocking.

Went through the mill with them last year on a printer.
They sent me a tracking number but nothing ever came.
    Not email replies or anything.
Ended up having to do a visa charge back.
    Try Facebook and Twitter

I tried Facebook but the reply was "Hi Kamil; We are sorry but from here we cannot contact the seller. You must contact our services to ask for contacting our partner. Rgds."

    New update
After calling European Customer Centre (http://www.eccireland.ie) thinks looks a bit better as I was presented with lots of options to get the money back, so I'm in the process of getting refund through visa chargeback and I have to say I receive great help both from ECC and my bank AIB Eyre Square Branch
Pixmania still didn't reply to a singe message and they keep marking my request as resolve and copying and pasting my messages to new one before 7 days limit expire

Welcome to the world Pixmania "Customer Service". How they are still in business is beyond me.
