I have a cheque from An Post that I need to lodge. I'm in the UK at the moment, and it says something on the back about only being "negotiable in the Republic of Ireland". If that means I can't lodge it to a UK account, then can I just post it to Ulster bank for lodging? If so, what details would I need to include? I don't have any lodgement slips or anything!

Yes, post it to your branch over here with a letter stating the account number and name it should be lodged to. Make a photocopy of the cheque just in case.

Also might be an idea to include your phone number in case there's a problem!
