Connemara 100mile - 2017

It's approaching August and that means its time for another Connemara 100mile Ultra, the race takes in the stunning scenery of Connemara and I can't recommend it enough. Although I told my wife who was crewing for me last year during the race that I wasn't doing another 100mile event, I clearly haven't learned my lesson…
