Is my DPF nearly done for?

Have to change the EGR valve in my 2011 Touran. The dpf has to be removed to do this, so I said I'd run a quick test to see what the dpf looks like. I used VCDS to get the values, but not sure if the readings are good or not.

The car has about 175k on it. I reckon it's due to be near time for the dpf to be giving hassle.

If it does look like it's in trouble, will cleaning it sort it? If so, can I do it myself, or do I bring it to a specialist?

    Thanks

Edit: I know I could delete it, but would prefer to keep it country. The NCT can't be far off testing for DPF soon.

Looks like it's got 52g of ash, limit is 70 and it only did a regen 10km ago.
I'm not a qualified rocket surgeon - but that doesn't look good from here.

Yep. I read it that way, but wasn't sure if I my interpretation was right or not.

Would I be correct to say that at 175k, and 52g of ash, with a limit of 70g means it's not something I should worry about immediately? As in, per kilometer I have another 30k before I reach that 70g limit?

Or do I try and sort it out now?

Would a forced regeneration not sort it?

    Don't know.

I know that it has regenerated itself quiet a bit over the last short while. As you can see from my post, it had just finished one only a few mins before.

Would a forced regen manage to clean it better than a passive one?

What is the differential pressure under max load?

AFAIK it should be max 10hPa but will vary by manufacturer

    Looks like it's -2 hPa

    It's 150 hPa =15 kPa

Totally blocked, needs to be replaced or professionally cleaned out.

    Really? Sh1te.

It drives perfectly, and doesn't bring up any lights. It also depends on the revs. It goes up as the revs increase, under load.

What should I expect of it? As in, if I wait to get it cleaned, will it just block totally, and then am I up a creek without a paddle, and have to fork out a new one?

Afaik above 55g of ash and a natural regen is not possible and over 65g a forced regen is not an option either.
