    Hi

Purchased 161 car in may 2016 on finance. Car was fine until the clutch went in about November the garage replaced Clutch but the car still wasn't the same. I returned the car to the garage where they apologised and had installed an incorrect clutch in the car.

I refused to take back the car after this due to the wear and tear that could of been caused due to the wrong clutch being installed and the car still being under warranty. The garage then gave me a Curtosy car and notified me they would provide a new vehicle for me due to the problems that had incurred.

Some time past and I got no word back but then they notified me they would give me a new car but would have to start my payments over again even though I had already put a down payment on and had over 11 months of monthly instalments paid on old car I again refused and now is a civil matter with my solicitor. (The garage had agreed to give me new car with no downpayment and just continue my instalments)

I got a phone call from the guards to say the Garage had reported the curtosy car they provided me as stolen but the guards felt it was insufficient and filed it as a civil dispute and just this week I looked out my window to see the car had vanished. I notified guards who contacted garage and they stated they had taken car back (trespassed onto my property to take the car back all my kids belongings where still in the car.) Garage stated to the guards that the car is perfect and I Can pick it up off them or they can deliver it to my door immediately which obviously I refused

Car has a 3 year warrenty and I have kept my payments going throughout all this as advised but unfortunately have no vehicle now at the moment.

    Any views/thoughts appreciated
