Marathon with Osgood Schlatters Syndrome

So I have Osgood Schlatters Syndrome, left knee. Not a big deal. I'm reminded I have it when I have to kneel, when the distance gets above 10km on a run or when I don't leave it more than a few days between long distance runs. I ran a half on Saturday (1:38). Still pretty sore today (Monday), mostly quads and the outsides of the knees. I'm 33 yo.

My question is; Is there anyone on here that has completed a full marathon with the condition? If so how did you get on in training and on the day? Any long term effects?

    Thanks.
