Child Dependant Query

Hi all, I collected my JSA last Saturday and there was a shortage of €20ish. This (I am almost sure) was due to my son turning 18 in the middle of that payment period.
As he is still in full-time education (and so still qualifies as a Dependant) what do I need to provide to my local Social Welfare Office ? Is it just a letter from his School or is there a form to be signed/stamped by his School ?
I am asking as I would rather not queue up for an hour to be told that a letter is all that they require.
    Thanks in advance.
