    You can add a picture using the Insert Image option from the Toolbar. You'll need the link to an image to do this.

    If you would like to upload an image manually, you can do so from the Advanced Reply. There's a Manage Attachments button under the box where you type a message. Click this, upload an image, and then copy the link generated, which you'll then use for the Insert Image tool.
