Jesus, that's like asking how long is a piece of string.

The shop/company - What you know about the them, their history, their products, their core customers, their approach to customer service etc etc

You & the job - Your CV, your previous job, why you left it, what experience/skills you have, why you are suited to the role, your selling techniques, how you deal with difficult customers, your thoughts on fashion and merchandisng etc etc

Personal - Your own strengths and weaknesses, what your former boss/colleagues would say about you, how you handle problems or difficult situations, your plans for the future re further training or education, how you handle being part of a team or working alone etc etc

Anything and everything really. You aren't giving us much to go on.
