Calculate potential energy lost down 100m slope. Height 50m weight of skiier 70kg??

Ignoring friction whwt velocity does she attain?

What is her momentum at end of 100m journey

What is the formula for potential energy? How is it related to height and mass? What is the change in height according to your question?
According to the law of conservation of energy, what must be true about that lost energy? What is the formula for kinetic energy? How is it related to velocity?
Now knowing the velocity, what is the equation for momentum?
