ppsn applied but not delivered

    I made a ppsn application with my wife together about 2 weeks ago. I got my number and public service card after 4 days but none of my wife's were delivered to my address. I go to social welfare office again seeking for help. The guy sitting at counter said he had no solution but to authorize CIS(mywelfare) to deliver the number and card again, but still, we got nothing.

    I called mywelfare but the operator let me to go back to where I made the application. I fall into a loop.

    Can I go and get her ppsn & card without delivery? Or who can solve my problem?
