When I click on item in my purchases history , it says listing not found. I can't find seller details to contact. According to eBay help page, I need to open a case by contacting seller and if not resolved after 8 days, I can refer the case to eBay. I can't create the initial case so it's a catch-22 !! Any way to contact eBay in this scenario?

Can you do it through PayPal. I think i had a similar issue about 3 years ago. I remember i couldn't find the listing in Ebay but I'm almost sure you can do it through PayPal.

PayPal is where you want to report it. Open a dispute and reference the payment details. They with hold funds on the seller afaik but it has to be within 30 days possibly 90 I'm not certain.

Buyer Protection is 180 days, not 30.

Your Paypal invoice has a transaction ID, you can use that to open a dispute.

That would be why I said I'm not certain. Thanks for the clarification though
