Best bet is to buy an unlocked LTE router and then get a PAYG sim to use in it. Normally Three are the prime option at Unlimited for ?20/28days.

Problem can be that Three can be quite congested, and coverage at the house may vary. Get a sim from each network, 3 Vodafone Meteor/eir (?10/each for those you dont have already) and test coverage at the holiday home before settling on a provider.
