Parcel Connect UK virtual address - oversized package

Hi all, I usually use Parcel Motel or Parcel Wizard for deliveries from the UK, but I am looking to order a large package from the UK and it is going to work out quite expensive with either of these companies due to their charging structure for oversized parcels. I see that Parcel Connect deliver items up to 20kg for €4.50, but they don't list any size restrictions on their website so I'm not sure if I would get charged extra for a big (but relatively light) package. Has anyone used Parcel Connect's UK virtual address service for large items that could give me their experience? I have tried contacting Parcel Connect directly, but I can't get any response from them! Thanks.

    All in the FAQ:
For home, office and other parcel pick up locations the weight limit is 30kg or cubic equivalent.
The cubic weight is the parcel's volume in cubic metres, multiplied by 250.
Why is cubic weight important? The pricing for sending parcels is based on the greater of the actual weight and cubic weight. It's important you calculate this as the courier can refuse to pick up your parcel otherwise.
How do I calculate cubic weight? Cubic weight = Height x Width x Length x 250
    The units should be metres.

So a 1mx1mx1m cubed box that weighs 5GK would be 1x1x1x5x250 = 750kg. As 750 > 5 thats what they'd charge based on. Its then oversized and I think ineligible.

Others have reported good experiences using Address Pal for large items like this.

Thanks for the response ED E, but I don't think that covers what I am looking for. That mentions pick ups from home, office etc & a weight limit of 30kg. I'm not looking to send a parcel, I want to have a parcel delivered using their UK virtual address. On their website they state that using a virtual UK address costs €4.50 & there is a weight limit of 20kg, so this is different to what you have referred to above. I'm trying to find out if there is a dimension limit for this service & if how, how do they charge for oversized parcels. Address Pal costs €25 for oversized parcels so it is quite expensive.

I've also seen some old posts where people said that they ordered very large (but light) parcels using the UK virtual address service & it still only cost €4.50 but I'm not sure if the pricing structure has changed since then.
