Emigrating. Selling my fiance car

    Hi
We're emigrating. My fiance is going first tomorrow. I'm going in 6 weeks.

If I am to sell her car what do I do with the owners cert? Should I get her to sign it over to me now and send that to Shannon so it's in my name?

Or will I just get her to sign the owner book blank and get the buyer to just fill out his details? (And assume that I didn't like steal it or something else nefarious?) It's only a Yaris like
    Thanks!

Also what if I can't sell before emigrating. My bro can sell it on my behalf but same story. What to do with the owners cert?

Just get her to sign the form now.

When you/your brother sells it, the buyer can sign their part and off it goes.

Ya just sign it undated for now.
Buyers may be alittle suspicious but if it's the same surname and the correct address, your story will stand up.
