Our Night out starter drink of choice back in the early 90's.
Would neck a bottle of this between us on way to the pub.
Can it be got off the shelf anywhere anymore?

A bag of grass and a flagon of old English

And we were glad of it

Ours was shots of vodka. We'd see how many we can down before we'd puke it all back up and then head out. Mine was 9.

You could get grass in the 90s? Think I got it 3 or 4 times.

Anyone remember Thunderbirds? Glass litre bottles of Special Vat were my thang

2lt bottles of Linden village was our tipple of choice usually in the town park or school outdoor shelters when it was wet.

A lot of hate for linden village.Unwarranted hate in my opinion. Its true that LV is a popular drink for underage drinkers and tramps,I'm neither and a freezing cold bottle of linden village while catching the sun in the garden is hard to beat. Straight from the bottle as lexie said.

It's not that it's unwarranted hate, I suppose for me I shudder when I see it because it reminds me of drinking it warm, chugging it and standing up trying not to projectile vomit from downing it too fast. For me it reminds me of shame and bad decisions. A bit like buckfast and on the poorer days, schooner. They'll always have a special place in my heart but I'd rather poo in my hands and clap than drink it again, ya know what they say, too much of a good thing :D

Thought the same, something related to web doctor services. In the spirit of the thread, used to neck strongbow or these bad boys:
