Moving out of Apartment and never Registered with IW

    Hey,

    I'm moving out of my apartment and my landlord is looking for a letter from Irish Water saying i'm upto date with my bills.

    I have paid all but 1 of my bills.

    Can i get a letter once i have paid the last bill with my name on it
