Just picked up a second car as wife is due in July and it came with the Parrot CK3100 installed, however it has the dreaded memory full problem with no goodbye message.

I know what needs to be done- chase the unit and switch the two fuses however its I spent an hour this morning trying to get to all the wires- perhaps too softly softly in my approach!- Id rather just get somebody who is confident to do it!

Any suggestions on an installer or somebody who could chase them back to the fuse and switch them over for me?

    Dublin or Meath

I am not an installer but did install this model in my own car - working perfectly.

The two wires causing your problems are the red & orange wires.

The red wire is a 12v+ supply and needs a connection to a permanent supply. The orange wire has to be connected to a 12v+ switched supply, i.e. on works when the ignition is switched on.

The red wire keeps the memory to unit whilst the orange switched the unit off & on when the key is turned.

The most likely place to find these is behind the radio. The radio had to be taken out to fit the correct multiplug to join your Parrot to your radio. The red & orange wires should also be here fitted with connectors.

Just switch the red from Parrot to the orange connection & vice - versa.....you can see them in picture with the two black fuse holders
