Heated towel rail

    Just wondering is it possible to buy any tower rail, fill it with water and place a thermostat in it. The bathroom has no original plumbed heating system but does have an appropriate electrical feed to fit an electric heater. If I could purchase one with thermostat and all fitted, even better. Thanks.
