e-liquid & foreign customs

I recently ordered 4x100ml bottles of liquid from fasttech, shipment was via Singapore post with tracking, Chinese customs grabbed them but I got a full refund from fasttech, this is the 1st time I had this happen & I'm interested to know if others had this happen recently?
